Need Training?

Our training team includes both former practitioners and professional educators with years of experience in teaching guideline application, sentencing procedure, and case law. Click the “Meet the Trainers” button below to get to know our training staff!

We conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for all those connected to federal sentencing including judges, law clerks, probation officers, defense attorneys, prosecutors, and others. Our staff will work closely with you to develop an agenda customized to address your training needs. We will train the whole “court family” or conduct separate training sessions for each group according to your preference.

We train guideline users with all levels of experience – from brand new practitioners to those with decades of federal sentencing experience.
